We can't separate God from who God is. Truth is that God is Almighty, powerful and does wonders. The rational part of the Bible aserts that "he that comes to God must believe that He is..."
That said, if a man or woman can only go as far as rational faith, I believe God is great at meeting men halfway, as long as they are ready to walk on with Him.
