This is how the whole of life is. Nothing is ever permanently fulfilling. You could have been a movie producer or a pilot and still feel stuck at some point. King Solomon summed it up very nicely in the Bible - 'all is vanity' (Ecclesiastes 1:2). So do whatever life has given you or allowed you to do, and be content in doing the very best that lies within your limited powers.
