Medium has more writers than readers. Medium assumes writers and readers will be the same set of people and writers will bring in readers to the platform. If this is not fixed ASAP, Medium will remain a congregation of aspiring writers and an outlet for free speech. Either way, it suits anyone who is not looking to make living wages here.
